 Why did I buy?

I always get stressed because of weight.

I’m little bit chubby, so I should keep monitoring my weight.

 

I got Xiaomi mi scale when I was into running.

We know cardio exercise is good way to loose weight, then I started to run.

At the same time, I want to measure my body everyday to check out trend.

It has several strong buy points.

1. It is reasonable price thanks to Xiaomi.
Xiaomi products are popular for good price, so I have got some Xiaomi stuff like Robot vaccum cleaner.

 

 

2. The scale can be connected to Mijia app.
Which means I can make logs, and check out whenever I want online.

 

 

3. Inbody function is available.

It shows me not only weight but also body composition.

 

 

Maybe 20 USD scale doesn’t have good accuracy, but I can understand this even if a margin of error is 10%.

Because it is just 20 USD, and I don’t want to waste more money on such a accurate scale.

 

 

 

 How to use

After I weigh myself, it provides body score including basal metabolism rate.

My initial purpose was to see my weight, but It started to focus on these scores.

Now I try to keep it good score. If I do so, I can loose my weight at the same time.

 

If you feel annoying or difficult to use app, you can use only scale itself.

Measuring weight is quite accurate (the scale can read to a precision of 50g)

 Pros and CONS

PROS

- Reasonable price with body data

- I can check out history with Mijia app

- Good design(white and simple)

 

 

CONS

- Connection to app doesn’t work sometimes (I have to reboot mobile)

 

 

 Should buy?

A scale is one of must have item in our houses in my opinion.

If you have plan to get new one, it will be good choice.
